Continuing to grow, Response Labs’ Client Service team welcomes a pair of dynamic new account members, Deana Fitzgerald and Toni Weaver.
“Adding these two is a huge gain,” said Jen Aldinger, Partner and Director of Client Service at Response Labs. “They both bring omni-channel experience for major retail brands, as well as processes and personality to the team.”
Growing up as neighbors in New Jersey and then remaining friends for over 20 years, Deana and Toni followed similar paths before arriving at Response Labs. Both have spent most of their careers in the marketing industry. Was it serendipity or fate? Maybe it started in high school, when Deana and Toni drove to school together (always stopping at Dunkin Donuts, first). Or, it could have been after Deana forced Toni to do musical theatre with her. Whatever the case, we’re excited they’ve joined Response Labs.
Deana Fitzgerald joins Response Labs as an Account Director on the Client Service team. With more than a dozen years of marketing experience, six of which were on the agency side, she’s no stranger to consumer and business marketing needs.
Deana’s most recent experience is with Bed Bath and Beyond as Manager of Marketing Activation. She worked across the Bed Bath and Beyond and buybuy Baby brands, leading planning, strategy and creative execution of omni-channel programs. With a passion for project management, creative operations and CRM programs, Deana understands the end business goals, developing action plans and processes to achieve successful campaigns. The 360 Marketing approach allowed Deana to execute the consumer journey across email, web, social as well as in-store channels.
Throughout her career, Deana has worn many hats: strategic planning, technical and non-technical project management, photoshoot producer and Master of Creative execution.
“People are my passion,” Deana attested. “Building positive relationships is my strength. Creating process and efficiencies is my superpower.”
In her spare time, Deana can be found taking her daughter, Willow, to music class on the weekends, a playdate with her cousins or a local play. While her husband, Billy, is the chef of the house, Deana and Willow are the bakers, always trying out new recipes to share!
Toni joins Response Labs as an Account Supervisor on the Client Service team. With 10+ years of marketing experience, she brings a passion for customer mindset and how it relates to driving messaging through CRM & other marketing channels.
“I’m really excited to continue growing as part of the Client Service team at Response Labs,” Toni said. “I have a passion for handling challenges that’s rooted in my excitement for problem solving. It’s all about ensuring all parties have the answers they need and if not, ensuring there are processes in place to get the answers as efficiently as possible.”
In her last role as an Integrated Marketing Manager at Christmas Tree Shops LLC, Toni provided omni-channel marketing planning utilizing customer mindset trends, servicing the overall growth and restructuring of the brand’s content and sales performance. Prior to Christmas Tree Shops, she began her career in network media planning as well as a short time in high-end event planning with Swatch Group.
In her spare time, Toni enjoys family time with her husband and two little ones. She loves to bake with her kids and coaches her daughter’s cheer team.
