The Production Team consists of tech-savvy innovators spanning various industries and technological backgrounds. Within the Production team are two sub-divisions: Solutions and Campaign Operations. Managed by Steve N. York, our Director of Marketing Technology, both teams work hand-in-hand with other RL departments. Steve aligns the team’s objectives to support the goals and needs of our clients and the organization.
Co-founder and CTO, Brian E. Langston, who started the Production Team, now oversees RL’s IT and technology operations. Brian’s expertise in platform architecture, programming, coding, and the Salesforce ecosystem paved the way for the company’s growth in the CRM and digital marketing space. Under his leadership, the Production Team continues to expand its capabilities, improve its methods and drive innovation.
Solutions
The Solutions team are architects working collaboratively to develop innovative solutions from a full-stack technology standpoint. They are the resident SMEs responsible for end-to-end development and implementation of digital marketing automation, journeys, and custom solutions in platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cheetah Digital, and others. They can translate business requirements and provide sophisticated solutions leveraging technology stacks and platform capabilities to satisfy the needs of our clients. They can do everything from data modeling and complex segmentation to dynamic content communication and lifecycle journey development!
Campaign Operations
The Campaign Operations team are seasoned developers responsible for the production and deployment of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. Creating custom, mobile-optimized email templates, developing and maintaining landing pages and websites, and deploying multi-channel campaigns that include email, SMS and mobile push messaging – the Campaign Operations team are process-driven experts who can be relied upon to get the job done! They are email experts and stay up to date with email marketing best practices.
