Toni Weaver, Account Director

Focused in integrated marketing and project management. Prior corporate experience lends itself well to her fast-acting communication and strategic planning for Response Lab’s clients.

Even to her daughter’s cheer practice as the coach/chaos coordinator of 30 7-year-olds!
Lauren Yoffe, Associate Account Director
- 12+ years of experience
Focused in digital marketing and technology.
- Diverse skillset
With a background in email production and marketing automation for B2B companies, Lauren runs point on complex platform development, technical initiatives, and campaign management for our largest client.

With the finesse of a seasoned account leader.
- Generous with her time
As Immediate Past President of AMA Baltimore, she continues to serve on the board and support her chapter as an advisor. Her rescue pup Dottie also selflessly volunteers extra snuggle time!
Alex Kagwima, Sr. Account Executive

Alex brings fresh insight to the digital social space, keeping us current and acting as an expert in both internal and client project management systems.
- Engaged leader
Currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for AMA Baltimore, hosting in-person board meetings here at Response Labs HQ.

Jen Aldinger, Partner and Director of Client Service
- 15+ years of experience
Played a central role on the in-house brand marketing team at Under Armour leading global cross-functional campaign launches. Extensive campaign management experience spanning large and small agencies.
- Dedicated leader
Runs new scopes of work generation and new client onboarding for all Response Labs clients.
- High impact player
Recipient of RL’s annual “Impact Award” recognizing her for demonstrating Response Labs’ values and principles, serving as the biggest advocate for our clients, and a champion for all of our team members.

When she’s not leading the RL team, she’s busy chasing around her two little ones or lost in a book with a glass of wine.
