Looking back, 2022 was chock full of great clients, great work, and some great wins at Response Labs. We ended the year in style with a celebration fit for our exceptional team of RLers. We capped off the evening by introducing a new, annual award that celebrates those whose contributions have truly stood out in the past year.
We call it, The Impact Award. This award recognizes an individual or individuals who:
- Have had the greatest impact on Response Labs’ success in the past year.
- Consistently go above and beyond their defined role and position.
- Exemplify Response Labs’ values and principles internally with the team, and externally to clients, the industry, and the local community.
This year we awarded two recipients: Amy Gosen, our Office and HR Manager, and Jen Aldinger, our Director of Client Service.
In the short time Amy Gosen has been with Response Labs, she has impacted the company with an unmistakable positive attitude and drive-forward manner. Her hard work and efforts have laid the foundation for the company’s success for years to come. For many team members, Amy was the first person they met. Her proactive dedication to recruitment over the past year has helped identify and land top talent and nearly double the company’s size. We’re all grateful for her diligence in keeping our office stocked with supplies and our favorite snacks—she has a sixth sense about Cheetos running low. In everything that she does for us, she does it with beaming positivity. Amy truly represents everything Response Labs esteems in a team member. We couldn’t be prouder of the impact she’s had this year.
Jen Aldinger has risen to new heights of leadership in the past year. Her dedication to Response Labs, the team, and our clients has been exemplary. There isn’t a person on our team who hasn’t leaned on Jen for a solution, or help with an issue this year. She has been the epitome of culture and goodwill, internally and externally. She is an advocate for our clients and a champion for our team members. While Jen is often first to recognize achievements, she’s also stepped up to address challenges and have hard conversations. No matter the situation, Jen’s poise and tact in leading our agency are a model of excellence for all who work with her.
The success of Response Labs has everything to do with our people and culture. The values and principles guide us to do exceptional work. We recognize Amy and Jen for their impact in 2022. Congratulations, and thank you!
