The newest addition to Response Labs is Bruce Norby, joining as Account Director on our Client Services team. Bruce’s experience in loyalty marketing spans two decades across numerous industries—travel and hospitality, financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, agriculture, tech services, and more.

Complimenting Bruce’s marketing experience, he spent several years teaching, coaching and training in secondary and higher education and corporate settings. Serving and helping others—clients, family or friends—pursue their goals is Bruce’s aim. At his core, he deeply believes in “living courageously on purpose.”

Bruce and his wife have five children (including identical twins) and an 85-pound Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix named Walker. Between the demands of family and work, Bruce enjoys skiing in Colorado, hiking and taking in beautiful sunsets. He has somehow also found time to lead and participate in ten separate mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
