Response Labs has seen rapid growth recently. We quickly recognized a need for a highly talented person to help run the office with agility, flexibility and intelligence. Enter Amy Gosen, Office Manager.
“We’re extremely excited to have Amy on board,” said Dan Dawes, Co-Founder and CEO. “She’s jumping in at a perfect time. She’ll really help continue steering this ship in the right direction as we grow more and more.”
Amy brings her combination of retail management and advertising agency skills. Her experience opening new-to-market stores for Lush Cosmetics, Athleta and Vera Bradley gave her insight into the various touchpoints of brand awareness. After several years retail management, Amy transferred her experience to the advertising and marketing field.
With MCI USA, she provided sales and client support with digital and print advertisers for professional associations. She also has creative agency experience, coordinating various marketing campaigns. Response Labs is excited to have Amy’s experience and acumen added to our team!
At Response Labs, Amy will focus on creating and streamlining administrative systems, fostering our culture, and supporting the team’s various business needs. As a former retail manager, she truly values people. She understands that recognition and appreciation are core needs for employees. “I really believe that a positive and open work environment energizes employees, who energize clients, who energize the business,” Amy said. “I’m excited to assist building the next level here at Response Labs.”
When she’s not chasing after her two-year-old and ten-year-old, Amy finds peace on the yoga mat, in nature, and through reading.
