Response Labs builds out its Client Service team with the addition two new Account Executives: Nick Mello and Ashley Brown. The pair have known each other for more than a decade and joined Response Labs during its recent growth spurt.
“The stars aligned as they were both looking for new opportunities,” said Jen Aldinger, Partner and Director of Client Service at Response Labs. “It worked out great that we could bring their fun energy to the team at the same time.”
Nick joins Response Labs after working at Towson University for over nine years as an Email Marketing Specialist. In his previous role, he oversaw numerous email marketing projects such as redesigning TU’s daily email message and implementing email best practices across the university.
“I really enjoyed making sure the end-product was something that a user would want to engage with,” said Nick. “I liked working on the entire email experience from conception to execution and delivery. Response Labs’ mantra, ‘Make Every Message Matter’ is something that excited me.”
Nick enjoys watching movies and tv shows, listening to music, and playing the drums or bass guitar. He’s a huge Red Sox fan and married into a Buffalo Bills family.
Ashley brings over a dozen years of experience in the restaurant industry; including two years as the General Manager of Smoky’s – a local, family-owned restaurant in Eldersburg, MD. As General Manager, she oversaw a staff of 25 and was responsible for the digital marketing and social media management of the restaurant. Ashley’s bright disposition and friendly face made her a customer and employee favorite.
“The fast pace of the restaurant industry and the mentality I developed there really lends itself to client service,” Ashley said. “My job is to make the Clients’ jobs easier and to solve problems. I’m excited to take that to the next level and grow professionally at Response Labs.”
Ashley can always be found with a book in her hands and a wish to be traveling somewhere new. She loves hosting friends and family for game night or hosting foster puppies looking for their forever home.
