Response Labs continues to build our team of highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud experts. We’re thrilled to introduce our newest Solutions Architect, Christopher Kayser.

As an experienced email marketer, Christopher is excited to contribute to the success our Clients. In his last role as Solutions Architect at Access 2 Insight, Christopher created processes to automate evaluating customer purchase activity for powering segmentation. This solution led to new revenue streams and improvements to existing ones. Prior to Access 2 Insight, Christopher was the Marketing Technology Manager of the CRM team at ticket reseller Vivid Seats; and team lead at Oracle’s Responsys Interact campaign services department.
“I love jumping in and bringing data and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform success to our Clients,” said Christopher. “It doesn’t matter if they are immediate blockers or new innovative automations, I am just thrilled to be creating solutions at Response Labs.”
When Christopher’s not steeped in data, solving Salesforce problems, he enjoys hiking and camping. He also listens to audiobooks when outdoors so his subconscious can begin to tackle difficult challenges.
