Please welcome our newest Account Supervisor, Lauren Yoffe, to the Response Labs team. In her role, she will manage client relationships, help drive and execute ideas and initiatives, and oversee daily tasks for clients.
She was previously the Marketing Automation Specialist at Alliance Franchise Brands. In that role, she oversaw the email marketing program, databases, and marketing automation workflows for over 300 franchise locations across three brands in the signage industry. After revamping and elevating their email program, Lauren was awarded the Pursuit of Excellence MVP Award for 2019.
Lauren is currently the VP of Marketing + Communications and President-Elect for AMA Baltimore, a volunteer-run organization and Maryland’s leading provider of networking, educational programming, and resources for marketing professionals. Before becoming a board member, Lauren won the Volunteer Spotlight Award for Winter 2019.
